If you maintain an extension that uses the Drawer: please read

So, back in August last year as part of Adapt Framework v2.2.0 we added a feature to the 'Drawer' component of Adapt to allow course developers to control the order of items in the Drawer when there's more than one item that uses the Drawer present (Resources and Glossary, for example).

However, not only did we forget to tell anyone about this - we even forgot to add it to the release notes. Sorry about that!

So, if you maintain an extension that appears in Adapt's Drawer (Resources and Glossary are excellent examples of this type of extension), please could you implement support for the new 'drawerOrder' feature?

You can see examples of how this was done for Resources here and for Glossary here.

Hello Matt,

is that mandatory? I mean, can I take some time to do it, or the missing implementation can break the extension?

Thanks, F.

No it won't break if you don't implement.
