installing blockSlider
by Inbal Mishory - Thursday, 17 July 2014, 2:46 PM

Hello,

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this question.
I have installed adapt and am now in the process of building my first course (for the open University).
I'd like to install the blockSlider onto my allready working (locally) course, is that a possibility? if so, how do i go about doing that?

thanks in advance,

Inbal

HI Inbal,

Run the following command from your adapt_framework folder:

adapt install adapt-contrib-blockslider

Brian

Hi Inbal,

How did you actually install the Adapt Framework?  Did you follow the steps here where it mentions that Git must be installed?

https://github.com/adaptlearning/adapt_framework/wiki/Setting-up-your-development-environment

Brian

If you don't have it installed in Windows get it here - http://git-scm.com/download/win
If you already did that, follow this to add it to your PATH - http://blog.countableset.ch/2012/06/07/adding-git-to-windows-7-path/
