adapt-launchNewWindow fixes

Hello,

I'm doing some testing in the framework V3.2.1 and the extension adapt-launchNewWindow is preventing SCORM tracking.  It looks like there was a recent fix for this - could someone let me know if the fix is complete?

Just trying to establish whether it's an error in my settings or not.

Hi Bill

Yes it is. The pull request has been merged and the issue has been closed. The only thing we haven't done is a new release but I can do that shortly if that's what you're waiting on?
