Error loading resource (mp4)

Hi all!

I've been working on a project and found that some videos (mp4) are not playing. All videos worked on my desktop locally.

What is the best way to debug this? Adapt simply says 'Error loading resource' and browser dev tools say: 'Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: The element has no supported sources.'

It'll likely be down to the configuration of the server you're running the course on I'm afraid. A problem somewhat outside the scope of this forum - but a good starting point would be to check the that MP4 mime type is defined on the server.
