Course import failed - internal server error

I created a course on my home install of Adapt AT - framework version 2.2.5 and AT version 0.5.0. Mac OSX if that matters.

I tried to import it to our install of Adapt AT at work, which uses the same framework and AT version. We run Windows 10 at work.

Now I'm getting an error when I try to import any course into our work instance of Adapt AT - including courses that have been created and exported only from the work AT.

The error is 'Course import failed, internal server error.'

Any ideas?

Hello Briar,

is it possible to post the server log.

Are you sure that you import a course that used "Export source"?

Mac and Windows use different path delimiter (/ vs. \). So this might be an issue. It is just a guess though. It would be helpful if you can provide more information about the error message on the server.
