I am using the framework in Scorm version. But once in the LMS (MOodle 3.5.) not save the advance in the course.

That's no much information to go on...
You might try:
- enabling the SCORM debug log (see setting _showDebugWindow)
- looking in the browser console for any obvious errors
- checking you're using the right launch page (index_lms.html)
- enabling Moodle's SCORM debugger
