Adapt Learning Community: Previous question button in assessment

I am using Adapt authoring tool latest version to develop only an assessment.

I want if user attempts a question, move to next question and has changed his mind to select different options in the previous question. Then user should be able to attempt previous question until user submits all the questions in the assessment.

Is there any setting for this in authoring tool?

If not then can we achieve this in Framework 4?

It sounds like you're trying to achieve a single-submit assessment. Have you tried using submitAll extension? It works at article-level where you specify the id of the last block in your assessment (so all your questions need to be in one article). It replaces all submit buttons per question with a single button at the end.
