Resources ext aria-label showing as text
by Henrik Aabom - Thursday, 7 March 2019, 12:15 PM

Hi everyone

Has anyone else experienced this?

We've added the adapt-contrib-resources extension (version: 3.0.0) to our course, and when we click the burger-menu the aria-label element is shown as plain text instead of as a HTML-element (see attached image).

We these versions:

Adapt authoring tool v0.6.2.
Adapt framework v2.3.2.

Thanks!

What version of the resources extension? Oops sorry for not reading properly

I think it's probably down to v3.0.0 of the resources extension making use of a11y_aria_label which, in v2.x of the framework I think is buggy (in that it doesn't use Handlebars.SafeString like it does in later versions).

Need to do a bit of testing to make sure that is the case but it seems pretty likely at this point.

Yes I had this also. Wasn't able to mask so easily in css so Ive reverted to the previous release of Resources.
