Launch New Window for framework 2.3.3 | authoring tool 7 ?

Hi all, I'm in a bit of a fix having used the Launch New Window extension for iOS successfully for a couple of years. Now having done a fresh install of AT 7 and with it FW 2.3.3 on Azure the only version of LNW I can find demands FW 3. Have I missed something? Any ideas on how I can sort this out?

Just install the older, v2-FW-compatible, version... https://github.com/cgkineo/adapt-launchNewWindow/tree/v0.0.2
