Page scrolling automatically to the slider component

Hello,

We are currently having an issue with a course we created which contains a slider component.

The way the course is structured is that it contains different components at the top and a slider at the bottom.

We have added this into a Joomla page. The issue happens when we move to another page and go back to the page with the slider, it automatically scrolls back to the position of the slider component (bottom) instead of showing the top part of that page.

We are currently using an LRS using ALTxAPI with the Rustici setting to save student progress.

What we are trying to achieve is for it to load at the top of the page, instead of scrolling directly to the slider component.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

when we move to another page

Is that another page within Joomla or another page within the Adapt course?

it is another page within Joomla, but also with Adapt content

We make use of tabs in moving from one page to another. These tabs are also setup via Joomla.

It sounds like you have some kind of bookmarking functionality kicking in, either through the core bookmarking plugin or as part of something else custom you're using.
