Those of you who keep a keen eye on the releases will already be aware of this - but for those of you who don't I'm pleased to announce that, as from FW v5.3, Adapt now includes support for modern JavaScript - ES6, 7 & 8!

Of course, since most of us are in the unfortunate position of having to continue to support Internet Explorer 11, that does put one or two limitations on this - but it's still a huge improvement on what we had before and allows for some much nicer code.

At this time, it's mainly only the core code that has been updated to use ES6+ - but we are working on updating the core plugins to include support for this.
