AAT import of old courses: version match

Hoping you'll help me jog my memory so I can document the info here for future reference.

v0.10.0 was a milestone release for the Adapt authoring tool because it added the ability to import courses with an older framework version. Let's talk about prior releases...

When using an AAT with a version prior to v0.10.0, does the FW version of an imported course have to match exactly--major, minor, patch--the FW version used by the AAT?

I vaguely recall it throwing an error if it didn't like the framework version, without any diagnostic or plugin version breakdown.
