Resources Plugin Accessibility

I have been doing some sample development and 508 testing within the Adapt Framework. I am using the resources plugin and when opening the resources menu, focus is not staying within the menu for 508 compliance.

When I tested the Adapt v4 demo course, I do see that focus does stay in the menu with that course so I am trying to figure out if I am missing a setting for the resources plugin. I have looked through the course project settings at the resources extension but I am unable to figure out if there is any built in settings to set this up.

Any help wild be greatly appreciated.

Could you open an issue on github? It's much easier to keep track of bugs on there.

We're going to need steps to reproduce this issue it's not sufficient to describe the symptoms we also need to know what you're doing to get there.
