Has anyone created a course tour or introduction page that outlines for learners how to navigate a course in Adapt? If so, are you willing to share?

I seem to recall this was the goal of the Nudge extension. I don't know its current status though.

My former team also created this extension. However it hasn't been updated since FW v2.

it would be cool to do something with intro.js or shepherd for this sort of thing
