Support for cmi5

Hi,

I'm interested in evaluating the Adapt Authoring Tool, but before I get started I wondered if it supports cmi5?

Many thanks

Barry

I don't think it supports cmi5. In the description of adapt-contrib-spoor, it says that: Currently it only officially supports tracking to SCORM 1.2.

Thanks for the response. I'd looked at the available plugins but wondered if anyone here had any success using Adapt with cmi5.

Hi,

cmi5 is more closely related to xAPI than SCORM / the spoor extension.

There is a group on Gitter that may shed some light on this for you https://gitter.im/adaptlearning/xAPI

Thanks for replying. I was asking on behalf of someone else, so I'll share that link with them.

There is an xAPI plugin:

https://github.com/adaptlearning/adapt-contrib-xapi

It does say the following in the settings:

Specification

Indicates whether the plugin should use standard xAPI or cmi5 profile (coming soon).

So whilst it doesn't appear to support cmi5 at the present time it may come soon.
