It's a longshot, but has anyone here had any experience with the SAP Success Factors LMS?

I have a client who can't get an Adapt course (Framework 3.2.1) to run in it (see screenshot).

Works fine in Moodle.

Could you test out the latest version of Adapt and see if it works?

Hi Ollie,

Afraid not - this is an old course they're trying to run (having sat on it for 2 years!) and I don't have access to their LMS. It could be an error in setting up the course in the LMS for all I know.

I know it works on Kallidus too, so I can't really imagine it's the SCORM package that's at fault.

Hi Chris,

Is it possible that you have some flash file (extension .swf) in the zip?

Hi Ignacio. Thanks for getting back to me. Yes - flashmediaelement.swf in the assets folder. Is that a problem?!

Chris, I think you can delete flashmediaelement.swf and re-import the zip.

Thanks Ignacio. Tried that. Still no joy I'm afraid.

We're going to need much more information to help you solve it. Probably the contents of the zip.

Thanks Ignacio & Ollie.

For the sake of completeness, and in the (admittedly unlikely) event someone else may encounter a similar issue and find themselves on this thread, it turned out to be the silverlightmediaelement.xap file in the Assets folder that the LMS rejected. Deleting it fixed the issue. Happy days!

Cheers
