Hi!

I have just installed the Adapt Authoring Tool on an Azure VM running Ubuntu 20.04 and I think there is some missing connections to the Mongo database but I don't know how to fix it.

Basically what I get is the error in the subject line when I try to log in to Adapt using the super admin account.

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

I get this error on login after upgrading from 5.16.0 / 0.10.5 to 5.17.0 / 0.10.5.

Is your authoring tool run as the root user?

If so, could you try this solution https://github.com/adaptlearning/adapt_authoring/issues/2566

Hi,

This approach worked and it seem to be working for me now. At least I can Preview courses
