Know of any dummy text generators for various languages?

When testing a theme intended to accommodate various languages, I find that lorem ipsum and English come up short--literally. The average character count of English words falls short of Polish, Spanish, French, and German. (And obviously lorem ipsum is useless for testing Asian alphabets and languages.)  I'd love a text generator that provides a more realistic sampling of the target language.

I'm aware of the history and use of lorem ipsum. I like lorem ipsum because it resists distracting the reviewer. But there's a place for real data in testing. I need an occasional "Mitarbeiterkommunikation" to show up in a title. I've made a decent effort to locate substitute generators. This comes close to meeting my needs: https://www.coolgenerator.com/dummy-text-generator, but my intuition is the generated text has swung to the opposite pole: the individual words seem consistently longer than average.

Maybe I need to set a goal for myself to produce dummy sets of language data for each plugin that I can swap in and out--but that sounds like a lot of effort during testing. Maybe I start with random English in my course, export the English, and use Google Translate to produce random but actual words in the target language. It's ambitious.

A half-measure I know I can take now: accumulate localization texts for UI elements such as Submit, Feedback, Close, Search, Next, Previous, etc. 

As a developer my primary goals in all of this:
- to present visual evidence to an art director
- to avoid significant modification of the theme once multiple languages are imported. 

Generators to recommend? Thoughts? Strategies?
