Adapt Learning Community: How to make my landing page hot-graphic and to get another page by clicking the icons of hot-graphics?

I need to make my landing page hot-graphic and to get another page by clicking the icons of hot-graphics.I try to link to the other page using anchor tag but it can't work.I have only space to write css in project setting .other than this I didn't get space to write html. how can I do this family

You need to make a new custom component or menu.

Like this old menu https://github.com/cgkineo/adapt-hotspotMenu (it's not being developed any more).

There is no way to do it with custom css.
