Hi,
I have just installed the Adapt Author tool. The install looks good until I try to create a course, when i save the details it fails to appear on the dashboard.
Any ideas what may cause this? I have tried reinstalling several times and the DB folders have access rights.

When you create the course, or visit the dashboard, do you notice any error output to the javascript console? (You can view the console by pressing F12 in Chrome or Firefox to show developer tools, and then clicking on the "console" tab.)
Keep the console open when creating a course, and when visiting the dashboard. If any errors are logged, please post them here.
I get the same problem. On loading dashboard I get :
origin.js?20150309164607512:169 GET http://localhost:5000/api/content/course/query?search%5Btitle%5D=.*.*&searc…ators%5Bskip%5D=0&operators%5Blimit%5D=32&operators%5Bsort%5D%5Btitle%5D=1 500 (Internal Server Error)

Hi all,
I believe the source of this issue is the node version being used, as described here.
Please install node version 0.10.33 to continue using the tool, while we develop a fix for this issue.
