Hi Adapt Community
I am trying to install the adapt-contrib-triggered extension but ran into some trouble.
I changed to the adapt_authoring directory and entered
$ adapt install adapt-contrib-triggered.
It returns a successful install:
adapt-contrib-triggered found. Installing extension ...
adapt-contrib-triggered has been installed successfully.
However, I can't seem to access the extension in the adapt_authoring tool.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Not sure if Dennis has already answered the question for you in this post.
Extensions and components need to be installed in a different way for the authoring tool. After logging into the authoring tool you should navigate to the 'Plugin management' page by clicking on the top left navigation.
There you will be able to upload any additional plugins including themes.
For the triggered extension you will need to download the develop branch of that extension as it contains the properties.schema and bower values that the authoring tool needs.
