grunt watch causes node.exe to use excessive amount of CPU

Has anyone noticed the CPU usage on node.exe? Mine goes over 50% and starts with 25% is it normal behaviour?

Mine goes high as well. (Didn't use to go so high. I first noticed it when I returned to my projects after the holidays.)

I have followed the resolution advised in this issue report https://github.com/adaptlearning/adapt_framework/issues/511 and all works nicely now.
