Great news from the southern hemisphere: Adapt has won the gold award for best eLearning Design Technology at the LearnX Instructional Design Conference earlier this year (official listing of winners).

We are delighted to receive the coveted award for our free, open source tool three years in a row. The team have worked hard and it's great to finally have made our first public release of the Adapt Authoring Tool. 

Adapt has been crowd-sourced without any direct, monetary investment. The project has matured and our momentum is rapidly increasing, thanks to the official Adapt collaborators and our growing and very engaged community. It's great to see this model working and that we are starting to recognised as a major player in the authoring tools market with this prestigious award.

A massive well done to the team and a huge thank you to everyone in the community for supporting us.
