Hello!

Adapt can be a little tricky at first (it's still in the beginning stages), but once you get everything set up, it runs well. Just a few questions so we can help you:

Are you trying to install the Adapt Authoring Tool, or the Adapt Framework?

The Authoring Tool is graphical software for inserting content into your course, and controlling its functionality and appearance with plugins. It is intended for use by non-developers. (Installation instructions) <-- I'm assuming this is what you want to install.

The Framework is meant for developers. It has all the same functionality of the Authoring Tool, but changes are made with code, rather than buttons. (Installation instructions)

Also, what part are you stuck on? What have you done so far? What errors have you seen in your terminal when installing components?

Any information you can give would be great.

Michael
