Hi there

As I'm creating a course and attempting to upload assets (images/video, etc) and I go through the process of uploading a file, the upload does not appear, and when I click on Asset Management the file is not there.

I noted the asset files appearing in my file structure (/adapt_authoring/data/master/assets), but they're nowhere to be seen in the authoring interface.
