I came to this login. what it takes to get access?

Just another attempt to help you remember...
While installing you were asked by the install script:

Which SMTP service (if any) will be used? SMTP username SMTP password Sender email address

Then it asked:
Set a unique name for your master tenant (master) Set the display name for your tenant (Master)

Then it asked:
Create the super user account. This account can be used to manage everything on your Adapt builder instance. Email address Password

It is this last "super user account" info that you will use to login, if you can remember it.

If you can't remember, two other options are to use RoboMongo to access the database directly or to start all over.

Same probleam with me.unable to Enter Password when it asking for Enter password that's why could not login to Adapt Builder

It enters, only you do not see anything! See you need to remember or write down what you typed.
