Error with images

Hi.

I have installed recently AdaptLearning. Today when i add one asset to any Block or Article, publish functionality not works.

Appear thos error message:

 

" Error generating preview, please contact Administrator"

 

Please help me.

Can you post an image of your command prompt too?

 

Is this a brand new course you have added?

 

If you try a text component rather than a narrative does it preview ok?

Thank you, for the response:

I post the image.

With the narrative the issue is the same. Also when i add an asset (image) in other resources: Component text, for example.

Recently i installed. And yes is a course added. I like adaptlearning, and i wanna learn about, very much.

 Is installed in Ubuntu 14.04

Hi

What version of Node are you using? On node v4.2.0 I get that exact error when publishing or previewing courses that contain a graphic.

The authoring tool supports node v0.10.33 at the moment, could you install this version of node and try again?

I use node version manager (nvm) to change version of node. We are looking to support node v4.2.0 soon.
