Hi Guys,

My user account of adapt authoring tools was locked, because forgot the password. I try 3 times, and this locked my account. The password reminder not work for me.

Does anyone know how I can reset the password?

You may have to access the database to unlock it.

It mentions unlocking it via the database as follows:

Using Robomongo I can access the database and set the failedLoginCount back to 0 in the users field

I'm hoping you can answer this for me. I've (finally) got robomongo up and running but I can only see 2 system databases. I've got mongodb running but as screenshot only 2 databases found.


Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

p.s. For some reason my adapt dbname in config is adapt-tenant-unit-test not the standard name when I see that in Robomongo I'll be happy!
