Account lockout

So, I seemed to have confused the authoring tool by trying to log in from two browsers, then made the mistake of hitting password reset, with the upshot that the authoring tool started telling me: "Your account is locked out, please contact an administrator to un-lock it".

Using Robomongo I can access the database and set the failedLoginCount back to 0 in the users field. However, I still can't seem to use my username/password combination to access.

Anyone have any advice or encountered similar issues?

<Embarrassed face> Yeah, so I think I was typing the wrong password... Got back in.

Hi,

I'm also have the same problem, I forget my password and try to insert it many times and get the same massage "Your account is locked out, please contact an administrator to un-lock it".

can you please tell me how you solve this problem
