Hi Guy,

I have this probleme when i try to upgrade the authoring tool. You know how i fix?

Cannot perform an automatic upgrade when custom repositories are used.

Taken from Matt's response to a similar question (post 2496):

Well, looking at the source code for the authoring tool, I can see that error originates from this function.
It seems it is complaining because it thinks you have either installed the authoring tool from a source other than https://github.com/adaptlearning/adapt_authoring.git or installed the framework from a source other than https://github.com/adaptlearning/adapt_framework.git (or possibly both).
I'm guessing that if you did install from a different repository you need to do a manual upgrade instead.
