how can I do a clean install with previous version (old) functional authoring tool ? I intend to have scorm and publish the work even if it is an earlier version .
when do new installation will soon to new version . how to avoid this?
thank you for your proposals.All versions work ok you just need to go step by step through and check everything is installed as documented.
You have so many posts with different problems it's hard to keep track of what's wrong!
To start from scratch and do a new install just rename your old adapt_authoring folder to something else and then start the install process again.
You will also need a new tenant name for your MongoDB database, so do not except the default. Also remember which email address and password you give yourself as the superuser.
